I’m impressed with how many things I can do with this FRESKO Immersion Blenders 4-In-1 Stainless Steel Hand Blender. The immersion blender is big and solid and my first impression was that it would be too heavy, but it’s not. It’s well balanced and long for deep pots.The first thing I tried was making cauliflower mash in the included beaker with the immersion blender. It made a nice smooth puree in less than 30 seconds. I couldn’t get a video of the full process because the beaker is lightweight plastic and you’ll need your other hand to hold it down when your ingredients are thick (I was filming with my phone in the other hand). Or you could use a heavier bowl or pot. The immersion blender will power through cooked or soft foods such as soups, smoothies etc.Next I put a cooked chicken breast cut into large chunks into the food chopper. A few pulses and I had shredded chicken for chicken salad.Finally I used the egg whisk attachment to scramble some eggs. Perfectly scrambled eggs in 10 seconds. My picture shows how little of the beaker is filled, you could make scrambled eggs for several people in one go. The beaker has a convenient top for storing your concoctions for later. Just know that the top does not seal tightly.This set is so much easier to use than a large blender or food processor when you’re making smaller portions. And clean up is a breeze in comparison.A good value for the price and I would recommend.

I’ve never owned an immersion blender before and have always used standard blenders. I actually have a really nice professional blender, but when I saw this set, I thought it might be much more convenient for certain tasks. I also really liked that it has multiple uses and includes additional attachments, such as a whisk and processor/chopper, so you’re essentially getting several appliances in one. It was very easy to use right out of the box. It was larger than I expected, although I’m not really sure why I expected it to be small considering everything it can do! It isn’t too heavy, which surprised me, but it also isn’t so lightweight that it feels cheap or flimsy. It has a nice, substantial feel and seems very well made. As a first-time immersion blender user, I caught on quickly. It has plenty of power and was able to make chocolate banana smoothies for my family with ease. I love how fast and convenient it was, but what really sold me was how much quicker the cleanup was compared to using my traditional blender. This will definitely be replacing my regular blender for smoothies. When school starts, I plan on doing a lot more meal prep so I can have meals ready ahead of time for my boys, and I can already see myself getting a lot of use out of this set. I also appreciate how much storage space it saves compared to having separate appliances for each task. If you’re looking for one appliance that can handle multiple jobs and does them well, this is an excellent choice. I’m very happy with it.

I ordered this handheld immersion blender for those little jobs when you don’t want to bring out all the pieces of a bigger mixer.I’m very impressed with the power this handheld mixer has. I especially like that I can control how hard or fast the blades move with a button. I was a little concerned that it would be hard to maintain consistent speed with not having set measures in the button, but once I tried it, I found it quite easy to control the speed.The unit itself fills solid and has a good weight to it. Not too heavy so that it’s bulky and not light so it feels cheap and flimsy. I did a video making pudding which is sticky and messy. To clean, I simply put some warm, soapy water in a cup and allowed it to blend for a few seconds, then rinsed it under the tap with clean water. The process was super easy! Having the motor separate from the blender, gives me peace of mind that my motor will be protected from any moisture as well.The design is sleek and well thought out with a generous length of cord for an outlet. It fits easily into a drawer and because it’s in two pieces, the length is more than manageable. The stainless steel with black is very modern and has a very professional look to it.My fridge makes both small and large ice cube squares. I tried both with this handheld blender. I was pleasantly surprised to see how easy it was for the blender to handle the small ice cubes. When I tried the large cubes or traditional size square ice cube, I found that the blender would separate from the motor but the more I blended, the less it came apart, making me think that it had a lot of pull on the blades, forcing the two pieces apart. In the end, both sizes worked for making a slushy.My unit came only with the two pieces. And I used a cup from my ninja blender to make the slushy. I have seen in the reviews. There are other attachments that you can use with the splendor and with the strength and speed of the motor, I believe that these additional pieces would be an asset and convenience to any kitchen. With the price point of just under $45 for this hand held blender, for the convenience it offers with the powerful motor, and sleek modern design, this seems like a good value for a product that will last for a long time.

In the summer, I love to make gazpacho - so cold & refreshing when the heat and humidity feel unbearable!What I don't love, though, is cleaning up all of the parts to my blender afterwards. It's such a nuisance that I don't make some of my favorite recipes as often as I would if clean up was quick and easy.So when I saw this handheld immersion blender, I was thinking it might be a quicker, easier way of making gazpacho (and smoothies, too!) though I wasn't sure if it would be able to blend all of the vegetables that I use, including celery and red peppers.Let me tell you, this awesome immersion blender does not disappoint!- It is high quality & well made with sturdy stainless steel components- The blade component attaches easily and securely to the motor handle, and when put together this immersion blender is easy to use - the ergonomic power trigger is properly placed for effortless activation of each of the variable speeds- The blade is sharp and this immersion blender is super powerful - I was able to puree a large bowl of coarsely chopped vegetables (tomatoes, celery, cucumbers, red pepper, parsley, and tomato juice & seasonings) into 8 cups of gazpacho in less than 3 minutes!- The consistency of the puree was perfect, with no unprocessed pieces or uneven texture- Clean up with super quick and easy! Instead of multiple pieces of a blender, I just had to separate the blade end of the immersion blender, wash it in soapy water and let it air dry on the rack - according to the instructions, you can even put in the dishwasher- Clear and easy to follow instructions and a beaker for blending are includedHonestly, if I had realized that I could literally make gazpacho and clean up the blender in less than 10 minutes, I would have gotten one of these long ago! I highly recommend this awesome blender - you won't be disappointed!

I picked this up for my wife since she does most of the cooking in our house, and she's been really happy with it. She likes how the variable speed trigger gives her better control, especially when blending soups right in the pot without splattering. It's powerful enough to handle smoothies, sauces, and homemade soups without struggling, and the included chopper and whisk have been useful too, so she's reaching for this instead of dragging out the full-size blender. The stainless steel blending arm feels solid, and the attachments come apart easily, making cleanup quick after dinner. It does have a little weight to it, but she said that actually makes it feel more substantial and well made. Overall, it's become one of those kitchen tools that gets used much more often than we expected, and it's been a great addition to our kitchen.
