What is 【FRESKO Rewards Program】 and how do I join?

【FRESKO Rewards Program】 is our free rewards program that lets you earn points on your purchases and redeem them for discounts.

To join, simply look for the rewards program icon or panel on our website (There is usually a Rewards tab in the bottom right corner of the screen.). Click on it and follow the prompts to "Join Now" or "Sign Up." You'll need to enter your email and create a password specifically for the rewards program, or log in if you already have a store account and are prompted to activate your rewards membership.

I already have an account on your store. Am I automatically a member of the rewards program?

Not always. While having a store account is a great first step, you might need to specifically activate your membership in our rewards program. Please refer to our reply to the previous question to register as a member. If you see options like "Join Now" or if it asks you to log in to the rewards program separately, please do so using your store account email. This will link your store account to the rewards program and activate your membership.

How do I know if I'm an active member of the rewards program?

The easiest way to check is to click on the rewards program icon/panel on our website.

If you are logged in and see your points balance, earning history, or ways to redeem, you are an active member.

If it prompts you to "Join Now" or "Sign Up," it means you haven't activated your rewards program membership yet, even if you have a general store account. Please complete the sign-up process through the rewards panel.

Why am I not earning points even though I have a store account and have made purchases? 

This usually means your rewards program membership hasn't been activated yet. Creating a general store account doesn't always automatically enroll you in the rewards program. You need to explicitly join or enroll in the rewards program by clicking on the icon dedicated to the rewards program on our website. Once you've done that, you'll start earning points on future purchases. Unfortunately, points cannot be retroactively applied to purchases made before activating your rewards membership.

How do I earn points?

It's simple!

Shopping: For every $1 you spend, you'll earn 5 points.

Points are typically added to your active rewards account after your order is completed or shipped. The calculation is based on the final price after any discounts and before shipping costs or taxes.

How do I use my points?

You can turn your points into savings on your purchases!

* Redemption Rate: 100 points = $1 off your order.

* What You Get: Points are redeemed for dollar-off coupons (e.g., a $5 off coupon for 500 points).

* How to Redeem:

1. Ensure you are logged into your rewards program account via the rewards panel on our site.

2. In the panel, look for a section like "Ways to Redeem" or "Rewards."

3. If you have enough points, you'll see available coupon rewards. Click "Redeem" next to the coupon you want.

4. You will receive a unique discount code. Copy this code.

5. At checkout, paste this code into the discount code field and apply it to see your savings.

* Minimum to Redeem: You'll typically need at least 100 points to redeem for a $1 coupon. The rewards panel will show what you're eligible for.

Do my points expire?

Yes, your points will expire 12 months (1 year) after they are earned if there has been no earning or redemption activity on your active rewards account during that period. We'll send you a reminder email before any points are due to expire, so you have a chance to use them.

Can I combine rewards or use multiple discount codes on one order?

Typically, our system allows for one discount code or rewards coupon to be applied per order. If you redeem points for a coupon, that coupon acts as a discount code and usually cannot be combined with other promotional discount codes.

How can I check my points balance and rewards history?

Once you've joined and are logged into the rewards program (via the rewards panel on our website), you can easily see your current points, your earning and redemption history, and any available rewards.

Can I transfer my points to someone else?

No, points are unique to your activated rewards program account and cannot be transferred.

Can I get points for purchases I made before I joined or activated my rewards program membership?

Unfortunately, points can generally only be earned on purchases made after you have an active, enrolled membership in 【Your Rewards Program Name】. We encourage you to join and activate your rewards membership as soon as possible to start earning!
