Before Using:
Not suitable for children use. Blades are sharp. Handle carefully.
Be sure the food is cut into small pieces before putting it into the work bowl.
This immersion handheld stick is NOT cordless, need to be connected to the power to use.
In Use:
Be careful while making hot soups.
Do NOT press continuously “Power” or “Turbo” button for more than 1 minute.
Work for one minute and stop for one minute will count as one cycle.
For better performance, a 30-minute rest time must be maintained after 5 consecutive cycles.
Cleaning and Maintenance:
Always unplug the immersion hand blender before cleaning.
Do not immerse the motor in water.Detachable blending attachment are dishwasher safe.

Replacing a large industrial immersion blender with this FRESKO 12 speed which I expected to be a stopgap. Instead was surprised by this machine which is powerful, well put together and very capable. Excellent value for money.
