Shipping Policy

For Domestic

Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of order receipt. Fresko will begin payment processing for orders placed on weekends or holidays on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.Typically, we will update the tracking information within 1 business days. The package will arrive in 2-5 business days after being sent out usually.

Cancelled Orders

In an effort to process and ship orders as quickly as possible for our customers, orders are processed within 4 business hours of being submitted on the website so changes may not be made after that time. If we get the request for cancelation after we dispatch the package, we will issue a partial refund after deducting the shipping fee. Undeliverable Packages

Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. After three delivery attempts, the package will be returned to Aromaroom as an undeliverable package. In the event that this occurs, please contact us at support@freskoshop.com to make arrangements for reshipment. In order to make sure your package could be delivered expectedly, please leave your physical address if it is possible.

International Shipping Policy

If you want to purchase the product outside the United States, please contact our customer service first,we will calculate the shipping for you.
